When I placed the service call they texted me a photo of the repair person and a 2 hour window with my address. The repairman was on time and quickly assessed the problem and completed the repair within 45 minutes. He was very respectful and efficient. Gave me information as to what to look for and how to remedy the situation. I highly recommend Mr Appliance and Drew.

Next day service. Jared called 30 minutes before he got here. Was here on time went right to work and was gone in an hour. Even had the part he needed for my old dryer. I would definitely use them from now on.

The repairman that came out was very nice, he only took about 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with my dryer and about 20 minutes to fix it. Very reasonably priced and very nice. He also wore booties and cleaned up any mess he made. Would recommend them to anyone needing an appliance fixed

Tech was very prompt. He called when he was on his way. He was very courteous and quickly went to work and fixed my washer. I would definitely reccomend Mr. Appliance to people who need a good repairman.
