I enjoy dealing with the local owner in my area Barry. He is responsive helpful and is open to making sure you get what you want in a house clearing service. Margaret and McKinzey do a fantastic job and have great personalities to boot. All the teams have been nice.

Brittany did an amazing job (as per the usual)!! She is extremely focused and detail oriented. I can always tell when she's been to the house because everything is perfectly cleaned. I thought I did a good job cleaning my house... Every time Brittany comes I realize I'm NOTHING compared to her! She is a huge help and I highly recommend her! She also has a positive and kind attitude. You can tell she works so very hard!! Excellent work Brittany and THANK YOU!!

Had cleaning services scheduled today from the 11-3. Was told by the corporate number that someone local would be reaching out to me the week of regarding schedule and that never happened. Was also told that cleaning services would begin at 11 and depending on how many people they had to clean would determine how long it would take. I assumed it would be today and even verified with the corporate email yesterday and was told in fact that my appointment was today. Woke up my husband who worked night shift and 3 dogs and was waiting in car to let them in at 11 as planned and no one ever arrived. Attempted to call the local number 4 TIMES with no answer. Also- it's 150pm and I STILL have not heard from them. This appointment was booked 3 weeks in advanced and with a baby coming in 6 days we are now really on a time crunch finding someone else. Save yourself the effort and find someone else- preferably that can bother to answer when you call. *Just an update on their reply- I received NO TEXTS, NO CALLS, and NO EMAILS (outside of the ones to the corporation I sent). I have now attempted to call them multiple time as they stated to do so in their response (leaving voicemail)- I would've loved to speak to someone regarding my issues and the obvious miscommunication that they attempted to reach out. Terrible customer service.

absolutely terrible - Barry will not answer or return calls - the worst possible customer service - their last appointment got cancelled by them and they never rescheduled it
