When our stove randomly quit working, Kyle was able to come out quickly to check it. Luckily it was nothing serious and Kyle had the problem (a loose wire) diagnosed and fixed in minutes. He also checked our dryer vent that I thought might need to be cleaned out (We have four pets and lots of fur) but he said it was working just fine and even told us how to clean it ourselves in the future. We appreciate his honesty and courtesy and will be using Certified Appliance of NWA again in the future.
The technician came when he was supposed to and was quick to diagnose the issue. The cost was reasonable.
Certified Appliance NWA was quick to respond to our needs. Our dishwasher wasn't working at all. Josh, our appliance repair tech, took care of us. He not only fixed the dishwasher, but he was professional, kind (Gave us a heads up for our newborn that there was going to be a lot of noise instead of just doing the work without caring), and efficient with his time. Not only do I stress all home owners and renting agencies use Certified Appliance but specifically Josh. He knows what he is doing!!! -One happy customer
I called Certified Appliance to come look at our dryer while I was out of town for work. While I am usually loathe to call a repair service (due to some bad experiences in the past), I didn't want my seven-person family to be without a dryer for two weeks until I got home, so I caved and called them out. They were courteous, responsive, and on time, but made two trips out, ordered the incorrect part (for which we had to wait 5 days), then told us that the "main board was fried, and there was nothing more that they could do". I arrived and read the code on the dryer's display, looked it up online and found that it meant "shorted thermistor". I found the correct thermistor for $23 at a supply house locally, went and got it the same day, installed it, and had my dryer back working with two hours of work. I paid 5+ times what the part was worth, only to have to go get it and repair the dryer myself. I certainly understand that I have to pay more if I cannot do the work myself (and was definitely willing to here), but am disappointed that this experience has once again reaffirmed my distrust of service companies.
Josh quickly diagnosed my issue with my washing machine. Excellent service.
