Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I called on a Sunday, they answered and had an appointment set up within minutes. Doc was prompt. He got right to work. Helped me figure out the issues with my dryer, did a full service. He replaced my garbage disposal in no time. Pricing was very fair. I will be using them again when needed.
I didn't get a service through them because I already scheduled someone to come out before they called me back. However the customer service was awsome and a technician still called me and tried to help me over the phone and told me how much that service should cost so I don't get over priced by the other people coming out. 😀 that was amazing. I will recommend this company to my friends and they now have a new customer in the future. I will definitely wait for my call back. Thank you guys so much. 💓
During the hottest month of the year my AC quit working. My house got 🥵hot fast!!! It was miserable. I called Appliance Doctors. He was able to talk my husband through actually fixing my AC, and didn’t charge us anything!!!!! 💰🤑. I couldn’t believe it. I submitted a request on the website on a Sunday afternoon and got an email back pretty quickly. Appliance Doctors showed up the next morning and had our dryer fixed, cleaned and back up and running in no time. I've used multiple appliance repair companies in the Bentonville/Rogers area when I first moved to town and now I only use Appliance Doctors! You can't plan on appliances breaking or an HVAC systems going down. Doc has been very responsive and most helpful.
