I’ve purchased three times now from Alavar appliances and absolutely have enjoyed my experience here. Marizta and Les are both very professional and knowledgeable, yet I can tell they truly care about the customers that walk in their business and want only best for them. They have earned my repeat business and I will continue to purchase from here. My first purchase from here, Marizta went above and beyond and sent an electrician to diagnose and fix an issue that was causing the dryer not to work. Highly recommend getting any and all appliances from here!!!
Maritza, the owner, gave excellent information, which enabled me to make an educated selection for a washer I needed for my rental. Her thoughtful patient attitude demonstrated that she places customer service above making a quick profit. The washer got delivered the very next day and hooked up without any problems. My renters are pleased. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
We ordered a washer from this company. Even though I was out of state, they made the buying process easy. Sending photos of machines, details, and being able to pay over the phone made it a seamless process. They even were able to deliver it, hook it up, and take the old machine off our hands for an additional small fee. The customer service was friendly and quick to respond with all questions and help. We highly recommend this company!
Maritza was great, she had a wonderful man working in the store that day and he was amazing! Not only did they fix my washer, but they fixed the "dogs" in the agitator, sanded down the rust and painted it, for no extra charge!! Very pleased with the service and 100% recommend this place to everyone!!!
Action appliance is very knowledgeable and provides very honest service.They where very upfront about what my refrigerator needed. They came out and fixed it no problem as well as added an ice maker. Their prices for a service call and parts was very reasonable. The owner is very attentive and hands on. I will definitely being doing business with them again.
