Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I called on a Sunday, they answered and had an appointment set up within minutes. Doc was prompt. He got right to work. Helped me figure out the issues with my dryer, did a full service. He replaced my garbage disposal in no time. Pricing was very fair. I will be using them again when needed.

I didn't get a service through them because I already scheduled someone to come out before they called me back. However the customer service was awsome and a technician still called me and tried to help me over the phone and told me how much that service should cost so I don't get over priced by the other people coming out. 😀 that was amazing. I will recommend this company to my friends and they now have a new customer in the future. I will definitely wait for my call back. Thank you guys so much. 💓

Had a mysterious problem with my GE stove. I have known Warren for years but now I live in Florida and called about the the broiler that came on and it had been on bake at 200. I was warming up pizza and it had caught on fire. Luckily I caught it before it got worse. The Doc sent the important info on what to do and guided me to fix it. Without his expertise and personal guidance, we might have lost the whole unit. Now, it’s working like NEW- Thanks to YOU!!!!! So Grateful Warren! 🙏❤️

Our side by side refrigerator was not cooling properly. I called and a repairman was at my house and had the work done in less than 2 hours. He knew what was wrong just by listening to it run. We are very happy and the appliance is working great!
