Wow. Just wow. Molly maid came this morning and our house as NEVER been this clean. We used another professional company a few months ago and I can tell Molly maid did a MUCH BETTER JOB! They use ecolab products as well which are the highest quality and most efficient. They were so thorough and knew how to clean and tidy up my stuff. THEY EVEN TOOK TIME TO GET SOAP SCUM OFF MY SHOWER. I am so impressed and will use again. THANK YOU!!!!
Getting house ready to sell and called Molly Maids and boy did I get the best!!! The two girls they sent were Liz and Ellie which were also team 1 😊. They were fantastic, they worked very hard, and stayed til the job was done!! We could not be more satisfied with their work or their attitude. The two woman who came to my house were awesome they did what we asked it took about 2:30 hours dusted, vacumed, and cleaned the bathrooms. They struggled through dog fur and we appreciated it very much.
These guys were great from start to finish. I spoke to the owner Ryan about having a moveout cleaning done. Before close of business Cynthia called and had me a quote and ready to schedule. The team arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Gloria and Eliska were personable and efficient. I highly recommend using them for all of your cleaning needs.
If you're thinking about hiring Molly Maids don't! A million dollar home, only lived in for 3 weeks, to be left with scratched ruined fixtures and sinks in a matter of hours with a price tag of $625.00 is ridiculous. If you're thinking about hiring Molly Maid to clean your high-end home, I would think twice. Pictures will be provided below. Also, if you're dealing with Michael or Cynthia beware, they will tell you whatever you want to hear. First and foremost, besides the shabby cleaning job of all of our floors, they damaged multiple fixtures including our very expensive kitchen sink. They also do not follow the rules/instructions that the salesman had told us and the cleaning ladies and willl go in rooms with doors closed where we do not want anybody. They went into a second office we have with all of our jewelry in while we were gone and to be honest, we’re not even sure what could possibly be missing because all of our inventory. We were told they would not go in our offices but they did anyway. Additionally, mysteriously the windows to our fulfillment and office room were left unlocked. On top of the scratches of our three faucet and drains with a razor blade and putting our stove grills in our porcelain farmhouse sink while putting black marks in it (scratching the sink), we basically paid them $625 to have our brand new 1.2 million home scratched up, abused and totally disrespected our personal space. Furthermore, we have cameras throughout our house and have it all on tape. Molly Maid initially said they were going to make it right but they have not, they have still charged the $625 for subpar work and we're still finding damages, dings and dents and scratches that caused while they were here. It is a very unbelievable situation that we're in now. Now we're looking at thousands of dollars in damage and hours of work on our brand new home. Obviously the owner of this company does not care one bit about the customers and only about the money. We are going to pursue him and the company to the fullest extent. $625 is very expensive for such a terrible experience. The owner refuses to compensate us or even cut his losses and refund our expenses. We will now pursue multiple avenues against them. If I could leave less than a one-star I would. You'd think that a national brand like Molly Maid would stand behind their work and their workers. Molly maid of Northwest Arkansas on YouTube coming soon.
