I got move-in ready cleaning service for our new home from Busted Knuckles and honestly, it was disappointing. I worked with Brie who was really friendly and supportive but the cleaning staff was incompetent. I did report the initial issues within 24 hrs of cleaning and they took care of it which I really appreciate. I was really disappointed by the vacuum and oven cleaning. When I got someone to clean carpets, they said I need to vacuum again since it was poorly done. It took me more than 2 hrs to make sure all the dog hairs are gone. The video is after I vacuumed half the room. I forgot to take a picture of it at the end. Regarding oven, our oven was in great condition and didn't needed much cleaning. Not sure what kind of cleaning supplies was used, it was left in worse condition. To make it worse, we came to know when we badly needed it. I came to know all these about 10 days later since we were not living in the house. If you go with Busted Knuckles, please take some time to inspect their work and let them know ASAP. Don't waste your hard earned $$.
We started using Busted Knuckles a couple of months ago and are so pleased with our house. Brooklyn is our cleaning technician and she consistently goes above and beyond. I don’t think I have ever seen my house so sparkly clean.
brooklyn was on time, cheerful, sunny smile, friendly, but not too talkative, thorough and kept working! cleaned our downstairs diligently and quickly. seemed to pay attention to what she was doing vs the gals from our previous ( more expensive) service, who just showed up & went through the motions… she was great and i really like Busted Knuckles system of scheduling and payment… GREAT VALUE!!!

Destanee was wonderful. Excellent and thorough service. Would definitely recommend the service to friends in the area. Though, there some dark gummy spots on the floor, and it looks like the bottom of the over range microwave got skipped, none of these things are a huge issue for me to touch up myself, and almost certainly something that could be addressed if you had regular cleaning services. They are only human after all.
